This is the 2010 Annual Knife Rendezvous knife from Great Eastern Cutlery. There were 30 of these knives made for,and only released at,the 2010 Annual Knife Rendezvous at the Great Eastern Cutlery Factory in Titusville,PA. This knife is #10 of 30.This knife is unique in a number of ways. First, and most important from a collector's standpoint, the knife has two Muskrat Clip blades. One of these blades has the "Annual Knife Rendezvous" Blade Etch, the Bright finish of a Northfield knife on the 1095 Carbon Steel Blade,and a Northfield UN-X-LD Tang Stamp. The other Muskrat Clip Blade,also 1095 Carbon Steel, has the Matte finish of a Tidioute Cutlery knife,has the 3 P's, and has a Tidioute Cutlery Tang Stamp. This was also the Premier Pattern Production knife of the 66 Pattern from Great Eastern signified by the "3 P's" on the Tidioute Cutlery stamped blade. The knife has LVS Abalone handles and is 3 1/2 inches long when closed. This knife comes in the original Rendezvous packaging. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity stating it is #10 of 30,and the numbers 10-30 are stamped on the Bolster.
This is a very Limited Collectible from GEC. These are not available from any other Distributor that I know of. They will never be made again.
